1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans (finely chopped)

Cream the butter & sugar til light & fluffy. Stir in the flour slowly, add the pecans between the additions of flour. Mix well. Roll into logs on wax paper and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and bake at 300F for 17 to 20 minutes or lightly browned.

Sounds like Pecan Sandies my mom used to make. She would roll them in powdered sugar when they were warm out of the oven Didn't like them as a kid, but fortunately, we grow up. This sounds yummy. I'll have try them. Thanx for the recipe.
