I made this for supper one night this week and was a big hit with the family. Very easy. Crush crackers (I like to use Ritz) whisk a little milk and an egg together..dip pork chops in milk / egg mixture then in cracker crumbs....brown on both sides in skillet. Mix 1 can of Campbells cream of chicken / mushroom soup with 3/4 can of milk. Add this to skillet turn to low / simmer for 1 hour. I added cut up carrots to this. Fixed mashed potatoes. The gravy. for the potatoes is the "soup" on the pork chops. I added a salad and everyone was happy. Could probably bake this in the oven or fix in a crock pot also

be sure and let me know how that works, Henry, and also how you like it.
I use to use my 2 crock pots ALL THE TIME when I was working, they were a lifesaver.

heres one i have for you.

4 breasts of boneless chicken. Cheez it crackers.

crumble the cheez it crackers and then roll the chicken breasts in them. Put into pan in the oven on 400 degrees and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. They are good and i usually serve it with green beans and mashed potatoes.
