I use yogurt not sour cream it tastes the same with less calories

Mine does have 1 stick of olea melted,t hat would be the margarine, could use butter if you wish but no eggs, don't need it and my kids love it.

This is the exact one I use. Never any leftovers and it couldn't be easier!

Me too. Never did it any other way. And I never used eggs.

Hi here's my recipe for Corn Casserole

1 can creamed style corn
1 can whole kernel corn undrained
1 pkg of corn bread mix
1 cup of french onion dip
1 egg
1 stick of butter or margarine

Mix together and bake just like you would do the cornbread.

Enjoy

I bet the french onion dip makes this wonderful! Will have to try this variation...
