I have lost my corn casserole recipe and I need it for a pot luck on Sunday. I can remember some of the ingredients, but probably not all of them. And I do not remember the amount of the ingredients. Those ingredients I remember are:
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
sour cream
corn bread
cheese

Thanks for all your help and

This is the corn casserole recipe I use, and my family likes it. It has the ingredients you list, except the cheese.

CORN CAKE CASSEROLE
1 15 oz. can whole-kernal corn, well-drained
1 15 oz. can cream-style corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/4 cup sugar **I use less sugar than this.
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until center is firm.

I think you're missing the eggs and margarine.

I use the same recipe as Bobby's girl, but to make it go a little further, I fry up some crumbled ground beef with just a hint of diced onion and mix it in. The grandkids just love it.

That sounds like a good idea! I will try that addition.

This is the exact one I use. Never any leftovers and it couldn't be easier!
