Mayonaise Biscuits

My mama makes these and they are terrific. And, so easy.

1 1/4 cups Self rising flour
1 cup milk
3 heaping Tbls mayonaise

Mix altogether and spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Enjoy with any meal.

I made those when my children were small but I added 1 tsp sugar. They are very tasty and the ingredients are readily available. I'm going to have to make some.

I'll have to give them a try. DH is getting tired of those bisquits that you get out of those tubes you whack on the counter!! lol Thanks for sharing your mama's recipe with us.

That sounds good. If it ever cools down here, I'm going to bake some.

Thanks for bringing back memories for me. I used to make these as a young bride (more years ago than I want to admit). I think I need to try them again. They're quick, easy, and very good!

We used to call those whops. Cause you have to whop them on the counter to open them. They have their own place in the cooking world. I love to mash them out flat and........ oh!! That is a whole new recipe that I'll share later. heheheh!
