This is the best summer or any time cake! So easy to make , I make mine in three layers. We also call it Pig pickin Cake .

Sounds Yummm Will try this ... question, do you use a mixer to mix the cake with the oranges, or by hand ?

I am assuming that this is baked in a 9 x 13 pan. Am I correct?
