Preheat oven to 325'. Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil. Pour batter into a prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool cake. Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice and Cool Whip. Spread on cake liberally. Keep cake refrigerated.

Dinner tonight,Doghousemom's everlasting salad and this cake.
