And just one more for good measure (the fastest and easiest ever). I usually double it and take it in my large crockpot:

WORKING WOMAN'S SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS

1 bag frozen meatballs (30-odd or so)
1 regular size can of whole cranberry sauce (not jelled)
1 regular size bottle of Heinz (or similar brand) chili sauce

That's it! Mix 'em all together, let it warm through slowly and serve. Also great over rice.

This is always the first dish to be hit for seconds and the first to be emptied.

I have a tray to hold 24 deviled eggs (most only hold a dozen) and it's always empty when I go home.

I love easy recipes that are impressive. What is your favorite recipe?

I have to make something in a slow cooker for the local animal shelters fundraiser. I am thinking I will make chili in the slow cooker, and then add cooked macaroni just before I take it there. Easy enough, and the macaroni will let me get away with one pound of ground beef or turkey.

Easy.

Potatoes Supreme

1 @ 2 lb bag hash browns
1 @ 500 ml sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ cup melted butter (optional - but it does make it nice & rich flavoured)
grated onion
salt to taste
2 cups grated cheese (I use aged cheddar)

Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix above six ingredients. Spread in a 9 x 13" baking dish and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350* F oven about 1 hour..... so yummy!

I love to make peach cobbler for a pot luck. It is always a big hit.

now that sounds good!! If it is summer time, I make a potato or macaroni salad and use ranch dressing instead of mayo. And add lots of fresh vegs, cut up.

We love these salads, but I now use honey mustard dressing.
