Going to try this one today, muffins, yummy. I have been making the cookies from a post last year. Butter Pecan cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter and I add chopped pecans. Very thick, just spoon on to parchment paper, bake for 12 min at 350. And wala, super cookies. If you have enough pecan halves I put one in the middle of each cookie before baking, just look ready for gift giving or gobbling up!

Thanks for all the different recipes. Would anyone know the WW point value for any of these or the calorie count for 1 muffin?

with a white cake mix the ww points is 4. that is if you make 12 muffins. Angel food is also 4 points for 1/12 of a cake.

Sounds yummy. I love pumpkin and it does not have to be in a pie.

Gosh, this recipe has all kinds of possibilities.

How about the spice cake or ylo cake or carrot w/a can of apple pie filling added (& some nuts of course)

Someone shared a recipe similar to this but she said to use any cake mix, prepare as directed (meaning eggs, water oil) then add the can of pumpkin.

I was going to try it next week for company.

Now wondering which one to make, LOL.

    Both sound yummy.

My favorite is with a devils food chocolate cake mix. I add 1/2 cup water too. If I use gingerbread mix which is smaller, I reduce water to 1/4 cup. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Is this the recipe with the can of pumpkin? You add 1/2 cup of water

Thanks. This has to be the easiest recipe I've ever seen.
