Lemon Pudding Bread
1 Pkg yellow cake mix
1 4-serving size Lemon Instant Pudding mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously spray bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans

In a large bowl combine all ingredients till moistened, then beat at med. speed for 2 min.
Pour into prepared pan(s).
Bake 55-60 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
(slightly less time for small loaf pans).
Turn out onto a serving plate while still warm.

Note: You could use a lemon cake mix and a vanilla pudding mix just as well. I have made it both ways.
