Our favorite is a microwave salmon recipe.

Layer a glass pan with sliced onion. Place salmon filets over the onion. Cover with additional onion slices.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and seafood seasoning (like Old Bay).

Microwave 2 servings for 7 minutes on high.

we wrap each salmon piece in a piece of foil, with a pat of real butter, dill, sea salt, pepper, a little garlic - bake for roughly 30 min (depending on thickness). perfect every time! When our son moved out to go to college, this was his standby recipe

On foil or a baking pan, I put rosemary, from our bush, then a layer of sliced, purple onions. I then layer again, the onion, and the rosemary on top of the the salmon. Season to taste. Broil for 15 min. ( watch in case of burning as all ovens are different). Cook to your desired doneness.
