I made beef stew in my crock pot last night and it was yummy. I always add a cup of left over coffee to the liquid or some instant coffee to the liquid. It tenderizes the meat.

Chop it up, add some BBQ sauce and put it on a bun for BBQ sandwiches.

where did you find good Worcestershire sauce? The last bottle i got was light brown "water". uck. i wrote them and they sent me a coupon. couldn't use it of course. My Mother used to make potato soup with a dash if it in there. I miss it but give up. anyway, glad things worked out!

I put about a cup of water in the roaster pan when I bake a roast, it helps to make it more tender. If there is any meat left over. I make a bbq sauce and then slice the meat thin, put the meat in the pan with the bbq sauce and let it simmer for about 20 minutes and its nice and tender and very tasty.
