What to do with lots of OJ?
My daughter and little ones came for the weekend and no one drank the OJ I bought. We don't drink it much so I have 1/2 gallon and need to do something with it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Orange chicken - the copy of the one from Panda Express.

I freeze concentrated orange juice to use when needed.

love it in my teriyaki sauce.. oj, soy sauce, fresh minced ginger, minced garlic and a bit of oil. mix it all great to marinade wings and breasts save some to brush on in the end. ok that uses half a cup of your oj lol freeze it in ice cube trays then transfer to freezer bag. you can pull out one or two at a time to add to chops, or chicken later for a bit of extra flavor. there are some pretty good recipes on ALL RECIPES.com where you can enter in your ingredient and it will come back with recipes that have that in it! tada!

Any Bundt recipe will work in a regular tube pan too, if you have one of those....of course, if you've been wanting a Bundt pan, now's the perfect reason to get one!!!!!
