For tomorrow night, I will make taco soup. It's chilly here in Central Texas. I'd rather have pozole but hubby doesn't eat a whole lot of Mexican food, he doesn't know what he's missing LOL
I have ground beef thawing out, corn, green beans, onions, and other seasonings. I may end making a few homemade corn tortillas to got with my bowl of soup. Salsa is already made!
