Put stew meat in the crock pot with gravy. Will serve over leftover pasta tonight with green beans on the side.

Hubby wanted won ton. So easy. Just throw in boiling water for couple minutes. He's happy.
For me, I make a soup of vegetables and boil the frozen won ton in the soup. He picks out the won ton and I have soup with won ton.

Two days ago, the tomatoes were all ripe at once. Cooked down a sauce with fajita spice mix.....burritos. Then yesterday made pot of beans. Added sauce. Great flavor and healthy.

I saw a recipe in the NY times using Gnocci and greens and asparagus. I have baby spinach and Gnocci and decided to add some leftover sausage to it with some flavorings. I think it will taste good.

Thawed out a container of Vegetable Beef Soup from the freezer. Vegetables were all from the garden last summer and it tasted so good.

We do get the raw Costco brats on a regular basis, but today I'm going to soak them in beer and sliced onions and grill them tomorrow. First I have to remember to get the beer when I go out to the store today, have forgotten last two times I went. Beer is just not a part of a keto diet plan. I can tolerate one every now and then without my glucose levels, but if I'm going to have "liquid bread" I'd rather just have bread, thanks. Onions I have!

Husband has had 12 hour days yesterday and today which didn't work well with his OMAD (one meal a day keto plan), and he decided to fast these two days. He doesn't do a lot of fasting, maybe once or twice a year.

I think corn bread sounds good. Maybe with salad.

My husband had a lunch with a friend and brought home two philly cheese steak sandwiches for our supper and fried pies.

Thank goodness for leftovers!! Chicken curry tonight. I've been quilting all afternoon and do not want to do more than heat something up.

DH smoked pork ribs, then finished in oven. De-licious. Added bbq sauce from Rudy's BBQ. With pinto beans cooked all day in crock pot. So I made homemade ice cream using Splenda and half-n-half!
Bonus: DH made refried beans with breakfast.

I'm making a dinner meal salad and some flatbread made with store bought pizza dough. I've discovered a resource for some great salad recipes. They're all so unusual and creative. I'll start another post about the site here.
