Just made my apple jelly, usually use some big crabapples that grow down the street but had to add other apples this year.
Very simple, put cut up apples in pan, add water to almost cover, boil 25 minutes, strain out juice, add 1 cup sugar to 1 cup juice , boil until a little jells when you put in on a plate in the fridge.
Had some for my tea on a raisin english muffin.......



Lying on back on floor, eyes closed, purring and wiggling arms and legs.....mmmm
