WW chili -- 1 point per cup

1/2 pkg ground lean turkey - about 10 oz.
1 med. onion diced
2-28 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 med. zucchini, diced
1-15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-15 oz can beef broth
4 celery stalks, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 1/4 oz pkg chili seasoning
1 small can tomato paste

Saute turkey, onion in skillet until brown. Add veggies, beans and seasonings, bring to boil, then simmer until ready to eat.
1 point per cup.

I use diced ortega chilis instead of the green peppers and I add more beans, pintos and black. This makes about 5 qts, I freeze it in 2 cup containers.

Really - only 1 pt per cup?! I must make this. I've been using their point system as I need to lose about 30 lbs - but I've been HUNGRY! This would definitely help. I will be printing this one off! Thanks for sharing!

Well, that's what the leader at our program told us, and so that is what I count. Have you seen the other post on here for losing weight? You should join us. It's called Weigh In, come check it out. Try the taco soup also, it's very filling, my DH and DD love that one. There are several on here under recipes. They are all WW compatible.
Where are you in Wisc? I have family there.
