The last "mess" I made of a sewing project (actually plural!) became summer dresses for my 3 granddaughters with very little waste! I was still frustrated by my "dumbness" in the first place!

If you have polyester napkins, after sewing them together, use fusible batting by June Taylor. It will stick to the material and you won't have to pin. Then you can embellish with trim or stitching....
