There is no exact US match for this machine. The 158.xxx were made by Maruzen-Jaguar, the 148.xxx machines by Soryu, the machine pictured is likely made by Toyota or Koyo-Seiko. I'd have to see more...

My go-to for a gender neutral baby quilt are 30's colors... not necessarily 30's prints, but the color palate. Just a touch more saturated than pastel, but not primary color brights.
