This is the method I use . I have also used Jody Barrows Square in a Square method. Both are very accurate but the first has no waste. There is quite a bit with the second method.

Two I have frequently used are quilthome and thousands of bolts. The first is pricier but has free shipping over $50 and it has very beautiful fabrics.
