    I have used left over blocks and extra pieces of fabric for backs, when I do I make sure that the pieces are square up so the back will be square and not all wonky so the long armer has a sturdy back...

    I love them for sewing leather. Can't use pins on leather or vinyl, but these clips make the job so much easier. Thanks for the heads on the fake clips.
