I see you are in Albuquerque! I also live in Albuquerque and maybe we can get together and mentor each other.

I live in Albuquerque and just joined a few days ago. It would be nice to find a quilting buddy closeby. SWChick

I also just joined the Quilting board a few days ago! Sounds like a plan! Where to you live? We could meet somewhere?

I would love to be adopted too! I've made 3 wall hangings, 1 sampler quilt, and all of them simple blocks. I don't know how to machine quilt or paper piece, but want to learn! Who wants to be my teach?

So far I'm a lurker. I haven't bought the first piece of quilting fabric. I've got the interest, got the sewing machine and serger.I made a quilt for my daughters graduation and she finally got it three years after graduation. I made her a Cathedral Window......the hard way. I am not interested in hand quilting or long arm quilting as I am not that fancy. I "think" I have finally decided what quilt I want to do, Disappearing nine patch. I am still not sure. I don't know if anyone wants to adopt this "hadn't done a dang thing wanna be quilter."
