The nearest WW and Tops are 25 miles away. One thing that is helping me feel better is giving up my diet coke. I was drinking at least 1 every day. My bed runner is not looking good (I'm, adding 3D flowers), only 10 pounds since 1/1/11.
We can be less "fluffy". We will be, we will be!!!

I have been following WW online since last April Fools Day. i don't go to meetings. I've lost 63 lbs so far.
The tracking tools are easy, the recipes are great, the folks on the boards there are encouraging and supportive. It might be worth a try.

Yesterday was weigh in day but I was not home so I weighed in first thing this morning. I am down .6. My weight loss is really slowing down. But I guess I have to be happy that it is going down. Total of 27.8.
