If it's homemade, I like getting it. Homemade goodies (especially if there's chocolate involved) are probably my favorite, but I also like small quilted pieces with quotes, and right now, I would love to have a sweatshirt-covered-with-cute-fabric (but of course, not the one I have already in pieces; my taste has changed!).....

I would be thrilled to receive a handmade gift of anything because I'd appreciate the time and trouble a person took to make it for me.

Unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.....bit, I keep on hoping!

I love making tote bags and pillow cases, table runners TOO. Friends seem to enjoy these things, because they are usefrul, and functional items. Even the men enjoy the pillow cases.
