Fascinating -- I just got through all 37 pages and we have a lot of the same and many varied occupations.

I am retired now, but I worked as a teacher, software developer and software tester. I do volunteer work at church now -- very rewarding.

Registered Nurse certified in Mental Health. Started in1955 when treatment consisted of Insulin Coma Therapy, Hydrotherapy and ECT with the occasional Lobotomy. Enjoyed a long satisfying career tho some days it felt like we were sitting on a powder keg.

Wow we could open up our own town. I'm a bank teller, have been secretary in oil field, brick manufacturing, convience store manager, before teller position. Less stressful than any of the other positions, love it, but wish I could retire, hopefully in 3 or 4 years.

Retired - 30+ years in Customer Service ending with building new customer service locations on 4 continents, including Oman in the middle east. What a wonderful way to end a career.
Now I don't set alarm clocks and I sleep, bead and quilt whenever I want!!!
