We have a special forum on this board for BOMs:
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/sitemap/f-9.html
I would check there first. There are several in play with lots of discussion.
Also, do a google search for them Blocks of the Month. Usually (but not always), a BOM will start in January, however, some sites will leave the info for previous months' blocks until the quilt is complete, so you have a chance to catch up. Some take the older blocks down.
Finally, check with your LQS. Many shops will run one or more BOMs with monthly meetings etc. Some sell BOM kits and some just sell the pattern. Also inquire about other monthly clubs like "Buck a Block".

I have been following the thread but haven't had the time to start making the blcoks. Looks like fun.

There also some online shops that have free BOMs. Quilting on the Square is running one with small blocks that are paperpieced.

As PaperPrincess said, you can do a websearch for BOMs as well.

I have gotten several BOMs through quilt websites that are free. There is one by Pat Sloan and she sends monthly email with link to the block and another from Thimble Creek which is sending out weekly (skips sometimes) they are mystery quilts and you can use your stash. Craftys also has a free BOM that they offer each year and you can use your own fabric. I have also bought some that I really like pattern and fabric and check with quilt shops close to you as many of them have BOMs in their scheduled classes.

You could always make your OWN BOM. Select some block patterns that you would like to try but don't want a whole quilt of it. Select a theme, such as hearts, flowers or your favorite ???? Select a color way and just get started. You can design your own BOM that way. And when you finish - you have a one of a kind quilt designed by YOU ! How much fun will that be? good luck and post what you make....... BTW there are several BOMs on the QB. Search: train ride ! enjoy !
