Here is a pretty coffin top at what I think is a fantastic price of $100 (just for comparison)

Anyone know what company/machine this is for?

One of the things on my "maybe in the future" wish lists is to put a machine in a small parlour cabinet that I have - the cabinet is nice and I have hauled it around with me the last 30 years through 4 moves. It is only the wooden cabinet and I'm hoping that someday it will house a pretty machine that I can treadle away on.

The large 15" wheel at the bottom would have connected to a small 3 inch (or smaller) wheel at the top of a 5-6 foot pole. the top wheel drives a LOOOOONG spring that acts as a drive shaft. to a handle where the tips go.
Basically a treadle Dremel (ON my list for a complete one)
EDIT: If I had not just bought the 1867 Franklin Treadle and a plane ticket to my Daughters wedding in Hawaii, I would buy THAT one

If you would like this shipped you will be responsible for the cost to ship but I will be happy to help make the arrangements.

Steve - you have medical sewing devices and now want a treadle dentist drill? Though I suppose both are better than some of the methods used back in the era the armor you make would have been used. . .
When do we get to see a sneak preview of that Franklin? I've been dying of curiosity since you posted looking for someone to pick up and mail a machine to you!
OK - I just went back a page and saw it - - very neat!

I'm not sure but this treadle looks like it has a wooden wheel on the bottom

This White treadle is in "nice" condition! The free price tag makes up for that I guess.
