I've never used pre wound bobbins, so don't know the answer on those. It's really easy to wind a bobbin. You don't even have to unthread the sewing part as the bobbin winding is a separate operation.
I've used titanium needles in my other machine. Since I change the needle with every project, I personally can't vouch for the savings vs. regular needles.
unfortunately, since I have room to have both leaves in the table, it's turned into an extra stacking area for stuff...I guess I have an accummulation disease.
I'm excited for you and your new machine! May you have many happy adventures together!

A guild member has a brand new one for sale for $8000. She paid $11,499. She used it twice and now has to move to assisted living. I can give anyone the contact info by pm. West Central AR area.
Found out it's sold.

I took my 750 Bernina into the shop for a check-up and alas to my wondering eyes there sat a Q20 on a Black Friday special! The bundle package is $8,995 cash or $10,995 finance. The bundle is the machine, table, Bernina chair, dust cover plus a gift box. Gift box includes 3 bobbins, free-motion #43 foot, twin-needle stitch plate, assorted quilting needles, vertical and horizontal spool holders, and laser pointer. So needless to say while I am waiting for word on my machine, I have had the tape measure out, hubby has given me the green light so I believe the Q20 is coming home with me.
