I used the trial version of the download manager, but I will probably buy the full version, I’m very pleased with how user friendly and simple it is!

Do you have a friend or family that would be willing to download them for you on their windows system? You could then play back on your TV. I used the trial version of Internet Download Manager and it worked flawlessly, and quickly.

I totally agree that Internet Download Manager is user friendly. I purchased one year however I wish I bought their lifetime plan for I believe $10 more.

Regarding Bluprint website has not worked for me. All my supposed owned forever patterns purchased from people selling or offering their patterns there is a shadowed circle on each pattern the opening page of my library, I cannot open any patterns and the website does not allow me to advance from page one. I'd downloaded a lot of patterns over the years but got lax and didn't always download purchased patterns. Is anyone else having this issue?

I could only access my classes because I had a list of my classes on my computer. The same thing with my own forever classes, cannot access them from my library only by entering the class name or instructor in the search engine. The process of downloading my classes has been time consuming, which I rather would have spent that time quilting.

The updates on Bluprint are dismal! I emailed asking for help but am guessing they have scant employee's as I'm sure they've been inundated with people asking for help and have not heard a word from them in several weeks.

Default Are You Able To Access Your Own Forever Patterns?

Regarding BluPrint website has not worked for me. All my supposed owned forever patterns purchased from people selling or offering their patterns there is a shadowed circle on the first page of patterns, each pattern has a dark circle, Own Forever Pattern Library. I've tried accessing the patterns but nothing happens. I cannot open any patterns and the website does not allow me to advance from page one. I'd downloaded a lot of patterns but got lax and didn't always download purchased patterns.

I emailed them when I first heard they were closing asking for help two or three weeks ago. No reply. I'm sure that they are inundated with emails but you'd think that they'd be better about updates.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I only had a handful of mostly free classes and patterns and hadn't used the site for quite a while. I logged in a couple of days ago just to see if there was anything that I still cared about keeping.

I was able to download the few patterns that I still wanted; I clicked on one of the classes and it looked like it was still available. I logged out and deleted my password in my browser. So, no...I didn't have a problem, but that was two days ago.

I hope you're able to get access to your content; it's got to be maddening to pay for "forever" classes and patterns and not be able to download them.

I just checked as I had a couple of patterns I'd purchased through Craftsy (before it became Bluprint). I was able to download those just fine. I was also able to download class materials if i wanted to. Note than I am using PC not a tablet to access.

I don't yet see a way to save an entire class without jumping through hoops to do so. I left somewhere between 9 and 12 "own forever credits" behind.

    Here's a link to a letter I received from Bluprint on 5/30: https://link.news.mybluprint.com/vie...5aae4/9a1e8d0c

Haven't heard anything since. I did download all my patterns. Someone on this board gave instructions on how to download a class but I couldn't make it work.

I belong to another group and a few of the ladies there have also had that problem. Some have had classes disappear others can not access patterns. None have found a solution and most have not heard back form the company. If you could, I would suggest taking a screen shot of your account with the circles shadowed. Take as many as you need to document what they owe you. This will do two things - give you a hard copy of what they owe you and give a visual to include in an email. I would keep writing them - a few in the other group have received something other than a recap of the email the CEO had sent out. Good luck -

I just checked now, and even the ones without a picture still allowed me to download. I guess I know what I am doing the rest of today..... downloading the ones I haven't already.

I'm truly disappointed that they are closing, I always enjoyed browsing all of the really neat patterns.

unfortunately, no. I have over a hundred classes and that would be a serious burden to ask someone to download them.
