I would imagine it depends on the frame. Mine comes in sections. I can set it up in 4 ft, 8 ft, 12 ft or16 ft. - each bar is slid together in 4 foot sections. I would guess unless it was homemade as all one unit they are adjustable

that is a huge frame. If you could contact the manufacturer, they might have some ideas or could tell you how much a replacement table would be. What I know, it is almost 50% of the price of the everything. Another possibility would be if there is a metal working shop that might be able to shorten it for you, or you could see if there is anyone out there who would like to trade with you for a 12 foot table. Mine has solid rollers which I like as they are very sturdy. An earlier table I had was in sections and made of aluminum. They sagged after a while. I never have done a quilt where I needed more than the 12 feet I have and I have done some king sized quilts.
