I am so curious now how you could change the pattern. It is so pretty as is. But, I really want to know what changes you made and why. I have made many purses for charity and my family members. It is such a fun gift to give. I think my favorite was a white cotton knit sweater I stabilized the fabric on the back and used it to make a summer bag for my mom. She loved it. It was lined so you could not see the iron on stabilizer, it was hidden inside.
Another was one I bought the pattern at connecting threads. It is called a jet set bag. I think I posted a pic here on the board. It went to my sister in law. Looked like a round train case. If you click on my name and go to my profile you can look through the posts started by me and find it.
It is a fun thing to make purses. I have two cut out now and waiting their turn. LOL!
