    My favorites are scrappy quilts. I made one and almost done with another...these will be my 4th & 5th quilts I like how every square is sooo different. Love your scraps

    I just got a new book "Scrap-Basket Sensations" by Kim Brackett from Joann's during their latest sale. Patterns for 2 1/2" strips, several patterns. Includes yardage & scrap cutting directions.

    You are after my own heart! Love love love scrappy quilts! And I love all the comments here about buying items at a thrift store for the fabric. What a great great idea! My DH just will not believe that I want him to go to the thrift store with me for fabric. I can see the puzzled look on his face right now! But sweet man that he is, he will go! Anyway ... glad it is coming along quickly. We need a pic now ... and then later!
