Hav4boys love that pattern! That would make a pretty table runner also.

Faintly, okay, thank you for letting me know.

I just heard from one of the remaining two, and hers will not be here until Saturday. I will try hard to still make the post office, but I cannot guarantee it. I'm at a loss whether to wait until they arrive, or send them back because they are late.

What are your thoughts. I can be swayed either way on this one.
    Thoughts?

i feel I’m too new to the community to have an opinion but wanted to recognize what a tough spot you’re in. Thank you for being our coordinator!

As far as my two cents, I'm not in any hurry.

My thoughts: If it is a one-time happening or if it is a new person, some leniency is passable but if it is a habitual thing (more than twice), return the package. The rules are stated up front for a reason. I, too, am not in a hurry but I also look forward to seeing what everybody else sends …. and hav4boys' quilt is so motivating. Whatever you do, Red, is ok with me but don't feel you have to go above and beyond to make up for somebody else who doesn't meet the deadline. (There's a smiley face here if I could figure out how to add.)

Being a hostess from another swap you want to make everyone happy. I have learned to make the ladies happy that are on time. I encourage and appreciate their efforts.
With that being said..... I completely agree with MaryMo. Newbie or first time being late wait a day or two. More than two times late... return the package.
