Lisa and anyone else saying "I will". Please change that to "I AM". We aren't intending to lose weight in the future (well, that, too). We are intending to lose it now so our terminology has to match our intentions in order for our brains to help our bodies.

I AM losing weight now. I am, I am I am. I am coming up on a slight milestone - another zero and I am so excited. Slow and stready wins the race. I say I go slow so I don't end up wrinkled - I hope that's true.

I won't be too warm all day. At some point, I will be outside in my coat, boots, hat and scarf walking two dogs. I love fresh air.

Go look in the mirror and announce, "I AM losing weight and inches!"

Thanks! I'm still looking for "full body" shots, but I don't have many of them taken. :) Maybe soon I'll start liking them.

Thanks raedar! I'm getting a good scanner and then I'll have the pattern available for people. :) I'm going to give it away for a few people to test out, then attempt to get it into my LQS or self publish it.

I'm still losing - got about another 50 I really want to lose, but I'm so happy as is. I'm fitting into pre-pregnancy clothes and some that I forgot I owned.

Some days I hate being a woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Atleast I know where the 3 pounds came from. This is the first time on this menopause journey that I have had a cycle inbetween cycles. I gain 3 to 5lbs. for the first 3 days then it's gone. AUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder I feel so fat today. ;\
