Was a good Christmas this year! New computer with 23" monitor and new printer. New laptop (mainly for DH to use). Daily desktop quilting calendar. One of those digital picture frames thing. Still trying to figure that one out lol Oh and got a 5 quart Paula Deen pan! Been wanting that for awhile. 5 shirts from my sister. Some gift cards for various places. Had to work Christmas day, but that was okay. Boss gave me $300 Christmas bonus!!!!! So you see, it was a great Christmas!

My DH gave me 4 accuquilt dies, a gps (because I get loss so often), a rope bracelet and matching necklace. It was a quiet day here.

My husband and I are very fortunate to just get whatever we want at any time, so we decided not to buy each other Christmas gifts.
Last year, after Christmas, I bought myself a Christmas gift for many years to come--the Viking Diamond sewing machine. That will do for many Christmases; I do manage to buy fabric whenever I want it. (This will probably be the last sewing machine I will ever buy.)
At Christmas time, we send checks to various charities, along with the gift bags of groceries from the local market.
As for the grandmother with the sick little granddaughter, I am so happy for you that you had a good day with your granddaughter. Maybe Santa will bring her the gift of good health so she can live the life of a happy, healthy five-year old. God Bless you; I know your heart must be hurting.

My dh got me two gray Maine coon kittens they are 8 weeks old and identical. I've got to put collars on them to tell them apart.

A Cuisinart Coffee Maker with hot water dispenser, matching necklace, bracelet & earrings, and a house plant (I am pretty good with outdoor flowers & plants, but not indoor. I am sure that it will die soon.) I was really wishing for an Accuquilt Go cutter. I'll have to start hinting for my birthday that's in Feb. The best gift was that all my family was together for Christmas dinner. Each year it gets harder for everyone to be there and usually there is someone missing.

Our kids got my husband and I a weekend trip to a bed and breakfast on the west side of the state of Michigan with a visa card and a gas card! Purtty cool! I didn't expect that at all. We will be going in the spring to Allegan Michigan from a Thursday to Sunday. We choose the date!
