    Very nicely done! I have a couple of ravens cut but not appliqued yet, but they are for a Hallowe'en quilt for my son....whole different context, there.

    I like yours a lot.

    I have recently discovered Cindy Shake Designs (she's Alaskan, we're practically neighbours....if I drive over the mountains and across the border). I must make everything she has created. Here is the first of my journey. (editing to add that in addition to using fusible webbing to hold all the parts down, I also straight stitched around every edge...I thought I would go blind stitching black thread on a black fabric)
