You mentioned a problem when you've gone to another site from this Board. That's at your own risk ... if you go there, you've made that choice, and it's not the QuiltingBoard's issue.

the only thing I have noticed the last couple days is everything is very slow....slower than normal....

I had the same issue a couple nights ago,but none since. It was with the board and not links to sites. It happened everytime I followed email replies to the board. And once when I was looking up a recipie here on the board.

I have Trend. No problem
Sometimes having two protections does not work. They may be fighting each other - ask your computer guru.

I had a problem when I clicked on someones link they suggested. My Norton took care of it, but ran about 5 pages of problems?????

I am not having trouble at home or at work, and my protection is excellent in both places. I'd be interested to see specifics - is it a certificate error? Do you have any more information than this? A screen shot, maybe?

As a thought ... whenever I have problems and don't know what?/why? .... I clear the cache, and re-boot.

Often times things magically improve with no known reason !! ... so you might want to try and see if that helps!
