    I just made th muffins this am and they are really good. You really do not realize they are pumpkin. I like this recipe, thank you for sharing. I am going to have to member to write it down on a recipe card and file it correctly.

    Sugar pumpkins make the best pumpkin, they are the smaller pumpkins and full of flavor, that is all I ever use. You can also use your pumpkin bread recipe and just make muffins instead of loaves.

    I have also made these twice, I used carrot cake mix and pumpkin. I added a little extra cinnamon & nutmeg. I put them in mini bundt pans, makes about 20.

    I mixed this and put in a 9x13" pan then drizzled a cream cheese over the top. Cut up and served as bars--very good! This even freezes well.

    I was in the grocery store Sunday afternoon, looking for choc mint pieces....this gal told me about something like this......1 box spice cake mix, 1 large can of pumpkin (not pie), and 1 package of cinnamon chips....something I want to try!
