    http://blocloc.com/rulers/ I was surprised.
I went to the Madison Quilt Expo about two weeks ago where I found a booth that had only rulers. I really didn't notice whether they were all the same brand or not. I asked for a block-loc ruler and it seems they had never heard of it. I've been hearing of them for at least 5 years now. I thought this was my chance to buy one.

When I ask about a product, tool, or notion at a quilt shop or vendor and get the 'never heard of that' I walk out. One shop I went to didn't know what English Paper Piecing or pre cut papers for hexagons were. The owner and the employee looked at me like I was nuts. Another customer over heard and asked where they got their quilt license. LOL

Just went to the website of bloc-loc......do you find the printing in turquoise blue really difficult to read? Or are my eyes getting bad? I also hate reading sites with gray printing....give me black on white!

quilt shop license too fun onebyone also thanks for mentioning the ability to lock credit info server accounts.

Feeling better this morning, so bellied up to the 'real' computer. Holy cow are they expensive.
have any of you tried their traction tape?

Geri, I have MacTel2 and have sold about 3/4 of my ruler collection. Just too hard to read anymore
I did buy a Omnigrid (normally lime or yellow) with blue markings and don't have any trouble with this color. I took one of my favorites (lime) and used acrylic polish remover on it, which took off the wide part of the color. That helped a lot, but I hate to damage good tools so sold the rest.

Eleanor Burn's has really clear rulers with pink and turquoise lines, excellent.

Anyway, back to thinking about the 3.5" bloc loc

I LOVE MY BLOC LOC RULERS. I used someones at a retreat and came home and ordered them. I don't know what size I have but one is smaller, probably 3 or 4 inches One is a little bit larger. I won a gift card to a shop that is about 100 miles away. Their website doesn't have much on it but they did have the rulers. I love, love them. I would say a larger one is a little bit awkward to use on tiny blocks.
Hope your back is better soon.

Just now I checked Missouri Star and they have a 3 set for a good price. Unfortunately they are out of stock but I put it in my wish list.
Hope you'll be doing cartwheels soon!
