I would add a narrow stop border in a darker pink and then a wider border, then a darker binding. Great job on your first string quilt! Aren't they fun? I like how no matter what fabrics you use, when it's all done they all go together.

This beautiful quilt is just screaming for some piano keys in the border. I would put a narrow border or two of plain, maybe strong contrast if you want; then piano key borders all around.
Love your colors and pattern.

Very nice quilt. I'd put a fairly narrow pink border and back with flannel only--no batting. The string piecing creates a quilt that is a little heavy so I wouldn't make it any bulkier. What a lucky girl!
