    I think that is a good idea Heather, happy planning. I do double potions sometimes, one for now another for later.

    I try to do the double portions too. Like two lasagnes, saves alot of clean up too! Another thing I did when the kids were young, I'd fry up a large amount of burger. The night before you want tacos or something, you can take out a pack of the already cooked burger. Great for cassaroles too!
