Placemats, I find it sells better if its an item people can use as opposed to collect dust!

If it's before Easter, then I'd think any item Easter related would be a good seller also. Maybe the fabric bowls (some with handles) in Easter colors shown with little eggs in them for hints.

Spring time aprons for big & little people both.

Wall hangings of Easter / Spring designs -- like they hang on flagpoles too.

    Cookie mix in a jar

I do placemats, aprons-adult and children, Novelty pillowcases ( a great way to use up scraps), pot holders, zippered humbug bags, individual quits squares as wall-hangings (cheater squares work well), lined baskets, Christmas stockings, Mail-holders.......

Speaking of pot holders I have started putting insul-brite between my crocheted pot holders or even quilted ones. A friend of mine got the tips of her fingers burnt and she sued the person. Make sure that what ever you do that the items you make to sell are safe.

whenever I make potholder I put a pan in the oven and let it get hold, so I can test them, I hold them at least for a 15 to 20 seconds
