Jolly, one of my cousins is doing the 17 day diet. She lost 15 lbs the first 17 days, and started the 2nd phase a few days ago. Congratulations with your loss so far. Good luck with the next phase. Sandy

I've lost 16 lbs with the two today so I am happy, and, by the way, my face looks thinner. LOL It would be nice if it showed somewhere too. Good luck ladies (and men if any are involved)
