Well! I DID have my stash on a sailboat we lived aboard for 2 years and turned out some fine quilts. However, we never found an iceburg to "HIT" in Georgia Straight, WA. The cell phone was more of an issue than fabric or sewing machine because it always went ashore with us!. (don't ask how many phones found their way into salt water!?) My DH can swim better than I can so I think he'd have to save ME! LOL ! (and he'd BETTER!!!)

It's probably all the DH hobby supplies that are causing the boat to sink in the first place. After all we know fabric isn't that heavy. lol.

If you have a husband that will put up with the stash, the ranting and raving about the %$^&*() quilt and everything else that goes with being a quilter, you better save his butt!!

My hunny knows how much I spend on stash, we do have keepers don't we Pat. I just got this visiuall of me bobbing in the water and DH trying to grab everything. lol I might have to paddle.
