This is the plan.......I was always able to eat fish, all kinds and I love fish. When I was in my late 20 I developed an allergy to shellfish. My the time I was in my 30 I became allergic to all fish even tuna. I also became allergic to strawberries. How I loved them with whipped cream. .......So this is how it will play out. I will have a last meal. I will order shrimp and lobster from an on line seller. REMEMBER I don't go out I can't go shopping so I have to buy on line. I will have shrimp cocktail for a starter if that doesn't make my throat close then it will be on to course # 2 the lobster with lemon butter sauce. YUMMMMMMMOOOOOO and dessert strawberry shortcake. I have 20 minutes from start to finish and then it will be all done and over the meal and also me. Good way to go if you ask me. Do you think I have thought about this before?

You need to go have someone pick up two tiny kittens from your local animal shelter for you--unless you are allergic to cats :)

Another choice is to stop eating altogther, that has to hurt less than your alternative. I once ate nothing (just plain water) for 21 days. Sure, you gain some of the weight back, but it gives you a temporary reprieve. When I fasted the ringing in my ears lessoned a lot and even actually stopped for a few days, it was the only time in the past 23 years that I have heard silence.

Feel better.

There are several sites on the internet that you can figure out your BMI. You just input you weight and height and it will calculate it for you. I use livestrong.com and it does it for me. Whenever I record my weight it also calculates my BMI.

I have used the BMI charts many times...10 years ago I always said that they were "totally wrong and had the weights for tall people WAY too high"...of course I was thin then! I'm 5 ft. 11 inches and the charts said I should weigh at least like 138 or something and I didn't.
Now.....I think they should raise those numbers a tad!! ROFL!!!
Oh...and I'm gonna go ahead and buy that fat quarter for this month... ....I have NOT done well so far :(
