It was my first BH mystery too, and I left mine whirling. I thought the illusion was really dramatic and cool. The ones with sashings inserted are beautiful too... but a totally different look. They stop all the movement into 'freeze frames'. People were so Mad when the quilt was revealed. I still remember the uproar and the ugly things said. I'm glad those that didn't like the design have found ways to redeem their quilts. We quilters are resourceful like that!

Hi Eve! Some inch rulers might make it easier in your mind for realizing measurements. When talking with my sister-in-law regarding centimeters it seems quick to use the ruler-- using the online converter is more cumbersome than glancing at the meter stick. I use the online language translator and my Celsius/Fahrenheit app a lot though! :-) You have a great stash, to find so many choices in it! Welcome to Quilting Board!

Welcome Eve! Lovely fabrics. I love all the mystery quilts I have done although most don't go with our decor. But then they aren't quilted yet either. They don't seem to clash with anything stuck in the wall unit. That's not going to stop me from making this mystery quilt either.
