You may have to reduce the size of your picture before it will upload. I think there's a limit on how big they can be.

Well, I tried downsizing it, to thumbnail size even, and it wouldn't up load. I have had this problems repeatedly. I was able to post a couple of pictures on one of the other threads, and one once to this one, which was, admittedly, smaller. 'Bout to give up!

I really like that enpointe setting. What size did it end up being?

Lydia and BattleAxe beautiful Quilts, Wish I was that talented. I have so many blocks from all the swaps I have hosted and participated in and I have not even put them together, don't know how to even start on them but hopefully I can try real soon.

Armylady, please go to Sewbizgirl's QAYG tutorial on this site. I've learned to do mine that way and I really enjoy finishing them now. I frankly could not afford to send all of my tops out to be long-armed. To me, it's very tedious doing them on a domestic machine. She explains the method and has close up pictures to help. It honestly has changed my quilting life. I promise, you will love it.

Maxie, Start with a simple setting. Or, just simply border all the blocks to come out to the same size. Simple comes out really cute too.

Here's an example, Not a fall quilt, All the blocks were 2.5" squares all around the center sq. I just bordered every sq. with a 2.5 in coordinating blue. It will as some point get another pieced border as well.

And, here is another that is just bordered with 2.5" strips with a tiny pinwheel cornerstone. Plain cornerstones look great also. This is yet another quilt that will get another border.

Just trying to give some examples of keeping it simple. And bringing the blocks to all the same size.

Don't be afraid to try. If you really don't like something, you can always remove it and try again.
