Does she have an on-line store? What's the on-line address? Please share. The store is a long way from us!
Thanks, Drue

For those who have had Mary Jo cut their fabric, does she cut it or tear it? That's always amazed me. I can't cut straight without a ruler and every time I've been there the person has torn straight.

I also think Mary Jo's has some runs of fabric just for that shop. I got some Moda orange with starburst last fall which I've never been able to find more any where else. So when you go and find that most special piece of fabric, buy extra.

The first time I went there I was so over whelmed, I just walked out without buying anything. However I did go back.

I think i'll stay up all night and touch them. If you ever are in the area, be sure to check it out!

The Quilt guild I belong to is having a quilt show in June & Whittles will be one of our vendors. I can't hardly wait.

I have memories from Mary Jo's 1st location back in the 80's. If any one knows fabric it is her. I did not realize she has a website. Will have to visit.

I live 10 minutes from Mary Jo's. Talk about temptation! I sit at Target's Starbuks cafe that faces Mary Jo's Store, and think...do I need to go there for anything? No, I don't but I go anyway , sometimes just to touch the fabrics, LOL.

The 4 huge pieces you bought for backing at $1.99, was that 100% Cotton? Thanks and happy you found Sew much.

Yes, 100% cotton backing pieces. They were runs from 2004. I got a total of 20 yds of that. I thought i bought about 40 yds total, but i added it up and it was 62 yds! Yikes! I got some batting and a few notions. It averaged about $5 a yd for the the total including the cost of the notions. Uh oh, i want to go back
