I use the F&P Klutz glove and have to admit that I have to force myself to remember to use it; but, firmly believe that it is worth the effort.......just like closing the rotary cutter blade after cutting each piece. Also, you can usually use a coupon at JoAnn's and get 40%-50% off.

I cut my index finger with the rotary hand had 4 stitches. Like you it didn't sink in until the pain started.

I sat one day congratulating myself that I had never threaded my embroidery machine with the wrong color thread - after all, they give us the order in which to thread them. Guess what I did at the very next thread change!

in high school i managed to run my finger thru the machine...still don't understand how my finger made it under the foot...but the doctor in the emergency room was making jokes about how i put my own stitches in....now my nails are fairly long, and i have been know to sew thru the nail on my left index finger if i'm trying to hold somthing just so...

there are many, many reasons my mother did not name me grace!

The worst thing I ever did was to pick up my mini iron by the wrong end - ouch.

I decided it was my own fault for trying to work past midnight.
