You are talented! Even if my hair was long enough I don't think I could tie a knot!

I've had them for years...not many but a few were under my arm right where my bra would rub it. Had a few small ones on my neck. Had them cut off by my dermatologist and they've stayed away. Now I have some on inside of my right thigh and when I sweat (I'm in FL after all) they rub against my other leg and hurt. I'm chicken to cut them off so I just use powder at this point. Wish I trusted my DH to do it but I can't see putting a pair of cuticle scissors in the hands of a metalsmith. eeeewwwww

In Maine, we used to call them Witch's Tits.

I have a female dermatologist and she totally understands.... I had some tags at the base of my breasts, right where my bra rubs so she burned them off for me. Didn't hurt much and there is no more pain from my bra rubbing on them. I keep getting some back now and again and she keeps taking them off for me. Not sure I would want to do that myself. Afraid of infection.

Feeling brave? Hurricaine gel (topical anesthetic) and then your nice sharp embroidery scissors.

I just rubbed until one fell off one day. I intentionally rubbed it alot every day and yea! it worked! It bled like crazy. I applied pressure.
Dr. removed some.

My dermo doc calls them "barnacles of old age"!! The little ones with a skinny neck, I just clip them off. Doesn't hurt. The ones that are flat, have to live with them. They develop as we get older, in places where skin rubs on skin, (under arms, under breasts, etc.)

If the skin tags are "really big" as jaciqltznok said, they should be frozen off. I had some large ones above my navel and the Dr cut them off with her sharp little scissors which was quite painful. I wouldn't do that again!

I had one on my chin. It wasn't huge, but it was annoying. I clipped it off myself-figured it wouldn't look any worse than a pimple. It bled a little and it has never come back. Have others not on my face, but until they annoy me, I'm leaving them alone.
